Boiler Plant Expansion
Alliance One is a manufacturer and processor of tobacco. Utility Plant Solutions was initially contacted to resolve issues with process plant equipment failing to maintain proper operating conditions due to steam system design and operation.
A thorough analysis was performed on the steam and condensate systems followed by changes to the plant steam and condensate distribution systems to resolve deficiencies. It was then decided to relocate more reliable steam production equipment to the new boiler plant which Utility Plant Soluitions consulted on the installation and mechanical piping layouts for all systems. This project is currently underway.
