Provided controls installation, start-up services, and commissioning on two 100KLB/HR Rentech Boilers capable of burning gas or #2 oil, New DA, Condensate, and all auxiliaries. Also provided controls installation, start-up services, and commissioning for a 2000 ton Trane Chiller, two cooling towers, and associated VFD's.
Other services included operator training on all new plant equipment and writing of SOP's for the operation of the boilers. Commissioning activities included load testing of all boilers and complete steam system operations.
